Due to recent FAA changes beyond our control, we regret to inform the public that helicopter rides will not be a part of the 2015 Village Day celebration.

It’s that time again!  The GEA Spring Children’s Resale is this weekend, Saturday, April 25th.

Doors are opening early this Spring at 7:30am and the regular sale will run through 11am.  Doors will close for a short time, but don’t forget the 1/2 price sale starting at noon-2pm.

With a few details still being ironed out, we are happy to announce the line up for the Gazebo Series this year! We are hoping to see everyone out in the park every weekend on Saturday night, starting at 7pm.  Don’t forget- if we are ever rained out, we still hold the event at GHS.

GEA is in need of a Treasurer.  Our Treasurer has stepped down and this creates an immediate need for a Board level position.  Please consider stepping into this role.  Contact Tony Novinska for details.

Seller registration for the Spring Children’s Resale has been closed.  If you have been in contact with us to sell, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm your seller information if we are able to accept. Please remember, all new registrants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.

Spring Resale registration is now open!  New registrants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.  All Sellers must confirm interest in selling in the Spring sale as soon as possible.  Please do so by emailing the GEA Sellers Coordinator.  Information will be updated on our website and on our Facebook page so please stay connected with us! 

Beginning now through March 10th, we would like to ask ALL volunteers, new and pre-existing to sign up on our web site.  

1. Access the website and navigate to the ‘Volunteer’ tab. 
2. Click sign up under ‘Available Spots’ column of sign up sheet. 
3. A new window will open- follow prompts to add name, email, phone & previous position, if applicable.  
4. Click, Sign me up! When you return to the sign up sheet, please note that your personal information remains private.

Congratulations to our very own Member & Association Secretary, Carolann Matzek, for being awarded the Spirit of Greendale for 2014.  She will be honored at the next Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner.
